Met with 2 department staff during the first interview; they were very informative and friendly. For the second interview, there were 3 interviews which consisted of the 2 associate directors of the department, as well as the department manager; they weren't as friendly, came late to the interview, and felt like they weren't paying much attention.

Interview
From start to finish, it took around a month, which is much faster than my previous industry. Process included an email response to situational questions, 2-3 soft screening calls with Talent Acquisition and 2 video interviews.
