Worst interview process. They just want to pull all the information out of you and waste your time.
5-6 months of continuous interview and technology/knowledge transfer they will do. Highly dangerous firm.
And you won't be compensated. :(
Do not sit for this firm at all.
Total 4 rounds—HR screening, first round (1 case), second round (3 cases), final round with partner. The cases were open-ended compared to MBB cases, and pretty straightforward. Economics and strategy concepts tested.
Straightforward, typical management consulting style cases. I would say it took around 1 month in total. Around 4 hours of final interview, and i didn’t receive the green light. It was all on zoom
