I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Keystone Lending Alliance
Interview
Consisted of two phone interviews and an in person interview. The phone interviews consisted of standard questions. The in person interview duplicated some of those questions, as well as further delving into previous work background and a brief sample 'test' to prove your consumer underwriting knowledge.
I thought all three went well, but was disappointed when not only did I not get an offer after the in-person interview (it was supposedly me against one other candidate), but they ghosted me and wouldn't even respond to my e-mails looking for an update on the status of their decision. I wish the company was more professional and at least said "hey, we are going with the other candidate". I would've been fine with that. All my communication and interviews with them were very professional, and it would've been nice had they responded in kind. Considering I bothered to physically go to an office for an interview during a pandemic (which really isn't necessary, as many other companies are keeping their hiring purely remote right now), it's the least they could've done. I would recommend against working for or even applying for employment here. Their salary and benefits are also below their competitors, which makes you wonder how much they really value their employees.
