First phone screening was arranged via e-mail with the HR director. I had initially applied for a different position than in the title but after speaking with the HR director, she recommended the titled position. Afterwards all communications were done via text. Second phone screening was with the hiring manager a week later. HR director asked me to come in for an in-person interview for a specific date/time for which I was given two days to accept. Received a text asking if I was available to come in, I replied yes within 1 minute. 9 hours later I get a text saying that date/time was no longer available. Was asked to come in another date/time which I said yes to. 2 days prior to the interview date they canceled because they didn't want to lose a candidate. Strung me along for 3 weeks. The texting really threw me off especially considering that responses were hours apart. The questions asked were very generic.
