We’re so sorry that your experience did neither match your expectations nor our standards. We always aim to deliver a great experience, and we are gutted when we don’t meet expectations. We are quite blessed to receive a large number of applications, which as a consequence necessarily leads to some difficult choices in our hiring process.
Normally a rejection email is delivered within a few working days from our system after we reject the candidate. In your case we assume that you have not received the email on time, which created this issue. However after noticing your email, HR joined the call immediately and explained the situation.
