Phone interview, followed by in person interview. If bilingual interviews are conducted in both languages. Highly structured and very organized. Most of the questions are scenario based to see how you would react and respond to different youth
It was pretty straightforward, starting with a skills assessment and into a scenario based interview. The interview also had a mock case where you would practice what a live call would look like.
