Hele aardige manager. Voelde me meteen confortable en met veel motivatie. Hele fijne ervaring vooral als je wat socialer bent en extrovert. Alles was ook heel duidelijk en goed te volgen.

The interview process at Kiko Milano was the most unprofessional interview experience I have ever had. I showed up for my interview 5 minutes early, only for the manager to tell me that I am a half an hour late and they marked me as no show because I missed my interview. I politely tell her that I am on time and the interview was scheduled to start in 5 minutes. She proceeds to tell me that she cannot do the interview now because she let another member of staff to go on break and we have to wait for her to be done. So I had to wait on the shop floor for 15 minutes and just quietly stand in a corner. After 15 minutes we go to the back room for the interview. On the manager's desk there is a notebook and it states my name and the interview time which I had gotten correct. I pointed this out to the manager and said that on the notebook it says that I was indeed 5 minutes early and not a half an hour late like she said. I did not get an apology for the time wasted and she just pretended not to notice and changed the subject. The interview itself was fine and the manager promised to call me on a certain day the following week to inform me whether I had gotten the position or not. However, I never got a call so the next day I called the store myself. I asked why I wasn't called when promised, and the manager told me that she was 'busy' and would call me 'maybe during the weekend'. I found her behaviour incredibly unprofessional. I understand that a store is busy but you must call an applicant if you have promised to do so.
