The tricks or tests used by the Hiring Manager seemed gimmicky at best. Then when the "Boss" was brought in to finalize and finally get to an actual offer, I challenged this process, their integrity and got up and walked out of the interview.

They asked a lot of questions. You must be able to think on your feet. There are many interview steps to go through. The first is a phone call. The next is a meeting. The third is a ride-a-long.

Interview process has been very good so far, and ride along was great to see if good fit for myself just as much for the employer. Have been up front about the process and communicating any delays.
