Kirloskar Oil Engines interview questions

One of the worst interview experiences ever. After multiple rounds, including technical assessments and discussions, I finally reached the HR round for salary negotiation. The HR seemed positive during the discussion but then completely ghosted me for three months—no updates, no responses to emails, nothing. After repeatedly following up and even calling personally, I was finally told that my salary expectation was too high. If that was the case, why waste my time in the first place? They could have just communicated it earlier instead of keeping me in the dark for months. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful towards candidates. Shows a complete lack of transparency, courtesy, and basic hiring etiquette. Would not recommend wasting time on this company.

Three rounds of selection process round 1 - Resume screening , after that you will receive a mail to intimate about the interview round 2 - Technical Interview , questions are bascically asked based on your resume and internships that you might have done or your project works round 3 - HR interview , based on your resume...how you might have faced a challenge and how you overcame that challenge
