I submitted my resume via e-mail. I received a call to schedule the interview within a few days. I showed up at their office for the interview, which was a panel of four (all 3 girls from the office and the assistant manager). The team only read about 1 or 2 of the questions on their form, then asked me what I liked to do outside of work. They informed me that the job had not been posted anywhere other than their own website. On the upside, there were a lot less applicants (approximately 5 of us interviewed). On the downside, it could have been that they already had someone in mind for the job. Nonetheless, they were all very outgoing and helped me feel at ease during the interview.
I received an e-mail within a few days that stated they decided to go with another candidate which was a bummer, but I still consider it a positive interview experience.
