The process was very friendly & constructive. All of it was done over skype & phone, so I didn't get to meet the team in person. I spoke to Priyanka & Shabnam mostly & once to Umesh. The whole discussion was very interesting & revolved around problem solving & getting to know each other. It wasn't a one way questioning round, like most interviews are. Though I wish, the process was a bit faster. From the first contact to the last email took close to 5 months, which I believe is a long time especially for a start up, where speed is crucial.
