Interview
I was approached through LinkedIn by a recruiter. Had a phone interview which was pleasant and moved on to an in person coffee interview. It was intense leaving the agency off site where the person interviewed me. The conversation started during our walk. Felt cold. Made it to the case study which I was told that it was a 90 min time frame. I was given a 5 page brief but only 15 min to come up with a budget and timeline.

casual and candid. Really easy to open up and have a conversation. VP did not come to the interview with an attitude and intention to intimidate. If they do not understand something, they really ask more questions.
