Interview process was smooth. However, sounded like the manager wanted a secretary/legal assistant/ paralegal. At the end of the interview told me he would contact me in a few days never heard back from them

Discussion of CV and hobbies, as well as what role consists and the opportunity to be involved with business development. Interview was with two friendly partners who spent a lot of time talking about the role.

Excellent experience. 2 stage interview process. Know the company background well and your cv back to front. Think about how experience could be relevant/supports your application for the role.
