Regular questions, your replies won’t matter much but if you can impress district or store manager who’s interviewed you, you gonna be fine. Regular questions like ‘who do you see yourself in…‘what’s one thing you did that you proud of’
Helpful, intriguing and very imformative! I enjoyed meeting with all three employees. I gained insight on the company and their lives with Knix. I would highly recommend the three step process for interviewing in the future as it leads to thorough expectations.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Knix in Aug 2025
Interview
It was a 3 step interview process. First an initial screening with HR, followed by an interview with the store manager. Lastly an interview with the district manager. Communication was clear and quick in between each step.
