They sit you with a room of people who are alls being interview. You'll be evaluated on your ability to think quickly and speak confidentially with your group. After the evaluation is complete, you'll be asked to step out and each person/ persons applying to the same department will be informed together on if they have been offered the position or not.

Individual interview set in employee hiring area. The initial process begins with arriving to the hiring area and having the interview once your name is called into the building. From there the interview is processed and you are told if hired or not soon.

I went into a room with the interviewer and sat on a chair with no desk. She verified things like my birthday, date I can start working, etc. I told her I wanted Host, then Rides Operator, then Food Service Associate, so she mostly asked Host-specific questions. She was very professional and courteous. The interview was a little over 20 minutes. She told me that if I moved forward, I would have an interview with the department where I would be working.
