I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Knowledge Link (Boston, MA) in Apr 2016
Interview
It was handled effeciently and with great amuableness. There was a sense of genuine intetest, support and dignity. I felt genuinely valued for my abilities, experience and qualifications. A rappirt was quickly developed and awkwardness was avoided. It actually was a pleasure not an ordeal to be interviewed by Knowledge Link.

Interview
Worst interview experience of my life thus far. The interview was only 15 minutes long, and no questions regarding my actual expertise were asked, just security questions. The interviewer was astonishingly rude; in addition to not reading my resume or email responses prior to the interview, she accused me of lying on my resume, and her cell phone rang three times during the interview. I assumed at this point that there was no way I was getting the job, but to my surprise they got back to me the very same day with an offer. I had to turn it down three times before the harassing phone calls and emails stopped. Red flags everywhere, very backwards corporate culture.
They are hiring cleared individuals for work starting in the spring 2015. My interview was shorter that most peoples, but it seems like it went well. Most companies in the Northern VA area with government contracts will fill them in the spring
