During the meeting, I found that the conversation with the CEO was refreshingly straightforward and transparent. There were no hidden agendas or complicated jargon; instead, we engaged in a genuine dialogue. The CEO expressed thoughts candidly, encouraging an open exchange of ideas and fostering a sense of trust and collaboration. It felt like we were on the same page, and this simplicity made it a very enjoyable discussion.

Interview
Easy and straightforward. Interview was carried out by one person. Consisted of general interview questions plus presentation of some of my previous work. Took about 30 minutes in total. Overall the interview process was a good experience

Question 1
Have you worked on any solutions catered around logistics
Non-structured process, based on the feelings and mood of the people during the day. Lots of ego involved rather than technical ability, but overall just average rather than underwhelming. Would not recommend to people without a lot patience
