The process for interviewing took some time, about 2 months. I first spoke to a Sales Manager on the phone and they described the job along with its responsibilities. I was invited to an interview at their office. During the interview they gave me a tour of the office and introduced me to several people, including the President of the company. While giving me a tour, they asked questions about what my plans were for when I graduate. I was asked to come back for a second interview. On the second interview I met with several managers and the Director. There were several one on one interviews. The managers provided insight on what their perspective department does in the company and welcomed you to ask as many questions as possible. The Director made it clear that although you are assigned to one department you are always encouraged to engage in different aspects of the company. I value this because it shows the ample room for professional growth. The company's interview process does a great job of providing ample information while comprehensively accessing each applicant.
