There also seems to be an online test to test your skills and cognitive thinking abilities and also a walk in interview for them to see whether you amount to what you got on the test.

Still at the first stage, what I've noticed is attention to detail from the manual. Any answers outside the manual, disqualification. Otherwise you're good to go. You know it's a company dealing with numbers a single mess with numbers malfunctioning the system hence attention to detail.
