Interview
The selection process starts with resume shortlisting, followed by a Group Discussion to test communication. Candidates then navigate three rounds of technical and behavioral interviews (Int 1, 2, & 3). The final hurdle is a Team Discussion to assess cultural fit before the ultimate selection and offer conversion.
It was very quick and professional. The recruiter was always on hand with any questions i may had and was there to guide me trough the process. Even after the selection and during the onboarding he reached out to support.
