They shortlist CV after easy apply on LinkedIn or other platforms. Post that, you have to write an article in 500 words and if selected, you have a final round interview with the CEO.

Basic HR Questions. And obviously, why should we hire you types. Also about strength, weaknesses, background check, why Digital marketing, prior experience etc. Just checking confidence and personality.
