Interview
Started as a fast process with recruiter and then 2 hiring managers and then 3rd external team ‘Legal Manager’. However the speed and eagerness fades.
Note.. you are being interviewed by people who will have much less experience than you for the role you’re applying for (there js a worryingly fast progression of inexperienced employees...Check the interviewee linked in for proof), and ‘why do you want to work for kraftheinz?’is an odd question when the business is making huge losses and has a terrible culture.
Tip ....don’t lower your experience or standards for this amateur organization. As their culture of ‘ownership’ doesn’t filter through to the recruitment team who are accustomed to ghosting candidates who are clearly too good for the role but are an easy back up if their preferred sell out (inexperienced and cheaper) candidate declines an offer.
KraftHeinz ....If you want to improve your culture and start making profit then hire the best candidates....otherwise your career progression of inexperience, will impact the business (clearly a trend since the 3g takeover).
