I started the interview process by submitting my resume and transcripts on my university's Career Center. A family friend had also handed my resume to Kristen, the recruiter, and I received a phone call later that day. Our conversation was very informal and went very smoothly. I knew Kreischer Miller was the place I wanted to be after talking to her. I set up an interview through my university because Kristen was doing on campus interviews. I was greeted by a new hire tax accountant that kindly answered all of my questions about the process and the firm. Then I met Kristen for a one on one interview. She made me feel comfortable and the conversation felt normal unlike an interview. After the interview, I heard back from Kirsten about a week later and happily accepted the offer as an audit intern.
