10 minute conversation on the phone. I was then invited to an assessment day which consisted of an ice breaker activity, case study, numeracy test and interview with HR. Then invited for a partner interview with 3 partners at the office I applied for.

Attended a graduate assessment day consisting of a group task, a presentation and an interview. The interview was primarily about myself and why I chose to apply to the position and for a career in accountancy.
