Interview
The interview process for an Internal Audit role is usually very structured, starting with an introductory chat and moving toward a test of your logic and people skills. Typically, it begins with a HR screening to check your background, followed by a technical round where a manager asks basic questions about risks and controls to see if you understand the "why" behind the rules.
