phone interview. interviewer asking several questions regarding qualification, spm results, why want to be teacher, whether interest with kids or not, can work during night and weekend, have a child or not
I turned up and was asked a few questions about my education and motivations for working with them. They asked me to do an hour of unpaid labour as a 'trial'.
