Very easy. Asking about leadership skills, school experiences, no test for my location is needed. A personality check about your attitude. Also helps if you have some experience with teaching/tutoring beforehand.
They do an online interview over Zoom once, where they ask you general interview prep questions and other questions about your resume. They then invite you for an in-person interview and make you take a small math test alongside it. The whole process takes months. They sent me an email saying they liked me. Then 3 months later, when I had already gave up hope, they emailed me asking if I was still open to working there since they were still deciding. Never got another email since.

Interview
the process was easy/okay there wasnt any hard questions and they were mostly personality questions and about my reasons for wanting to join the team and how well i work with other people
