2. Ones you complete the exam, they will let you know if you are right for the position.

Interview
Simple. Asked me about how I did in school and if I had experience with children. Had me correct a few grade books and do a mock tutoring session. Was around 10 minutes.
There is an application submission, brief interview, basic math/reading assessment, discussion of availability and responsibilities, possible training session, then hiring decision based on communication skills, accuracy, and ability to work with children.

Lighthearted and fun conversation! The boss was very polite and informative on the position and explained a lot about the structure and students. Once on the job, I cultivated an engaging and interactive classroom environment that ignited students' enthusiasm for learning.
