I had a brief exam on structural analysis and IQ. Then a few questions related to my coursework. The IQ exam was mostly related to word association and quantitative aptitude. Some interview questions are related to wood design and retrofit.The technical quiz was mostly related to beam BMD and SFD, member forces in truss.

I applied online, and right away got an interview. first step was doing a 1- hour test which was very easy, regular reaction/force/shear/moment type of questions.
He went over my resume and asked few questions. nothing unordinary.
