Applied online, was contacted for a phone interview with two individuals on a conference call. Before I even had time to send a thank you note, was contacted for a follow up interview in-person in their SoHo office. In-person was alarmingly quick. Followed up a week later, and they told me two days after that that they'd chosen someone else. They were good with communication throughout the process.
