The hiring process has been structured in:
1. Interview with HR talent acquisition
2. Interview with hiring manager
Then they asked me information about my current salary and level, to send me a proposal.
After 3 weeks I didn't receive any offer, so I dedided to contact the hr talent acquisition and he said that the position has been closed because they have a budget problem.
This is not what one would expect from a multinational and structured company.
The hiring process is not clear and Not very respectful of candidates.
