There were three rounds of interviews with an examination. There was a phone interview, and two personal interviews. All three were friendly, casual, comfortable, and provided an honest and accurate representation of the company.

Q: What level of experience do you have with Yardi?
Spoke with about 8 people total on the phone and in person.
Very conversational and not technical at all. Asked about why you did deals a certain way.
Seems they are a shop that values culture and tenure.

Interview
Super chill and relaxed. Phone call with VP of department for the first round. Second round was VP and Director taking me out for lunch to get to know me. Third was in the office with a couple 1 on 1s. Entire process was pretty quick and HR responses were very professional. VP was very easy to talk to and much of the reason why i accepted.
