I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LAPA Fundraising (New York, NY) in Sept 2016

Interview

Rigorous. It started with a phone screen, then an in-person appointment. Then a half work day is included to get to know them. Then I did a ClearFit assessment online. Before I was hired a background clearance was done thru GoodHire.
