The interview was done over a zoom call with one of the attorneys from the practice group I was interested in. They got back to me very quickly. There was only one round of interviews.

There are two rounds of interviews. The first interview is with a panel (mine was with 5 people). The panel was not as intimidating as it would seem. The second interview is with the head of the organization.
