LATHER interview questions

Really kind team. Sweet owner. Interview process was short, 3 rounds and 1 project. My direct report was also really kind and made the interview process really easy. Would have taken the job if my company didn't counter.

I was given a verbal offer after traveling across the country for a final interview. I was told I would receive the formal offer the next day and did not hear from the founder for two weeks. I was then told that they were going in a different direction.
