The interview process consisted of three interviews in total. The first one was a standard 30-minute phone screen. The second and third interviews lasted half an hour, one with the manager (immediate supervisor) and the other with the department director. After completing the last interview, I was informed they would contact me within one week. However, after two weeks of not hearing from anyone, I sent a follow-up email to HR. It has been one week since my follow-up email and three weeks since my last interview. It is disheartening when candidates spend precious hours, weeks, and months in an interview process for a company to ghost them. I understand departments are busy, but even a short update or an automatic rejection email is better than radio silence.
