Interview
Technical questions on a piece of paper. My friend who was then the lead developer cum CTO put me on to this company. The interview question was just a few questions on a piece of paper. Pretty standard stuff nothing that you cannot google your way to success. After completing the questions successfully, they will conduct a one to one interview with you to determine character suitability. Here too not much problems and pretty standard stuff.
