      Regulatory Affairs Specialist Interview

      17 Sept 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Austin, TX
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at LDR Spine (Austin, TX) in Sept 2015

      Interview

The interview began with a call from HR. Next was a call with the hiring manager. Finally there was then an all day interview with the entire team concluding with a brief technical test to assess skills for the position. The all day meeting may be taxing for some. I personally saw it as a great opportunity to explore the company as much as they were interviewing me. It was refreshing to be able to meet everyone you could potentially work with, gauge the interactions of the different teams you would work with, and to get perspectives of what the position would entail from multiple sides of the business. Overall the entire organization was friendly, up front, and for the most part very well organized. The interviews ran on time and every employee I ran across from the hiring manager to VP were extremely courteous and approachable.
