LEXIDY interview questions

Experiencia muy negativa para una marca que se define como de nicho. Envié mi CV y al día siguiente me escribieron diciendo que me harían una entrevista. Ha pasado un mes. Nadie me ha respondido, a pesar de mis correos de seguimiento. Si esta es la forma en la que tratan a los candidatos, me imagino cómo tratan a sus empleados. Empiecen a tratar a las personas como tales.

The interview process was fast, clear, and very straightforward. There were no awkward or unnecessary questions, and the conversations felt professional and well-structured. The HR manager was kind, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire process, which made the experience very positive. I had three interviews over the course of three weeks, and during the final interview I was given direct and transparent feedback that they wanted to move forward with my candidacy. Overall, everything went smoothly, communication was timely, and the process felt respectful and well-organized.
