Security signed me in and offered me coffee (that's always nice). Met with HR personnel briefly whom introduced me to the appropriate department personnel. Their questions were direct and to the point and somewhat challenging at times. But if you've done your homework you should be fine. Never had to deal with the "why do you want to work here" questions.
