LILAC INFOTECH interview questions

There were a total of three rounds. First, they scheduled a technical interview session where they mostly asked DevOps-related questions. Then, there was a screen-sharing round where they assigned a task that we needed to complete. If we passed that round, they informed us to come to the office for what they called an HR/managerial round. However, instead of a typical HR discussion, they conducted another technical round with self-introduction and scenario-based questions, which is quite different from what most companies do. In fact, they asked us to reach the office sharp at 10:00 AM, but when I arrived, I had to wait for two hours. They neither apologized nor provided any updates, which felt like a complete waste of time. It seems they are looking for experienced candidates but are offering a fresher-level salary.
