In-depth conversation regarding prior professional experiences and proficiencies. Meet with several team members to gauge compatibility. On boarding was comprehensive and thorough. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to step up thier game.

Interview
I submitted an internal resume. I followed up with that manager. He was out on FMLA at the time. However upon his return I interviewed briefly. Although we as a company went into a hiring freeze, he and I continue to have a good rapport. I am hopeful at the opportunity once the hold on hiring/promoting has been lifted.
