Phone call interview with the client managers and then video interview with HR, provide a lot of background documents and then have interviews with specific clients. The interviews with the clients are pretty easy as they just want to check you are competent.

Interview
Quick, transparent and smooth process. They are quick to onboard if your resume is likely to be attractive to their clients. They need you to input your work experience into their own resume format and speak to their talent acquisition team. Usually no more than 1-2 rounds and then discuss the pay you can receive on contract through them.
