Interview
There were two interviews with different members of the team that took place over a few weeks. I don't recall an initial HR screening. It was all very informal and conversational.
A few days after sending the application, the company recruiter sent me a few more questions, then set up a call for the interview with VP. Generally gone through my background and previous works, as well as what I am capable of. Also had a few round of questions as a "case-study" situation to see how I handle that particular cases in sales. All done over the phone.
Took quite a long time (a few weeks) to revert to me with "no"

Interview
With 6 panelists asking about my work experience, behavioral questions and also technical questions(specifically, technical C/C++ programming and logic questions). The interview process takes about three hours and the panelist comes in the group of two.
