The interview process for me started with an email, phone interview and then an in person interview. They then ran a background check before extending an offer. Overall it took about two to three weeks from start to finish. I first met with the head of the support department that I had exchanged emails and had a phone interview with. Then I interviewed with the team leader. He had not been told I would be interviewing with him so mostly he showed me what some of the software they right does. Almost everyone there has started in this position and moved up or switched departments. Raises are given by taking a series of tests that they have designed to show you know how to do the work that is required.
