The process consists of two rounds. The first interview is conducted by a Business Analyst (no HR involvement), and it was genuinely a great experience — the interviewer was friendly, welcoming, and made the conversation feel natural and comfortable.
Unfortunately, the second round, the technical interview, was a letdown. The interviewers did not go deep enough into technical topics and failed to ask meaningful questions that would allow candidates to properly showcase their skills. It felt surface-level and rushed.
To make things worse, after the process ended, there were no clear next steps communicated. I eventually received a rejection with zero feedback — no explanation, no guidance, nothing constructive to take away from the experience.
