I made it through a phone screening and had scheduled an interview for the next week per their request. Then they cancelled the interview by canceling the calendar event first. Poor taste in my opinion I dodge a bullet on this one.

A candidate was hired into the position, so our team sent out responses from our Applicant Tracking System to active candidates and cancelled the calendar invitations for further interviews.
Short and comfortable. First one was with HR, then immediately with the manager. They make their decision on the spot and start the onboarding process which takes a long time. Lots of paperwork, drug test, orientation etc.
Very easy going and casual, 1 on 1. Usual gist of questions, asked if you want to be a busser or a server. Wear business casual, eye contact, smile, you will probably get it.
