Interview
During Covid, they will make the job interviews online. First, when you meet the interviewer, greet him/her. they will ask you a few questions, not hard nor easy, so medium. They are like typical interview questions but they are less strict with the answers you give if you are a teen because they know it's your first interview. So here are the questions I remember that were asked. First, they will ask questions about yourself:
1. What are your qualities?
2. Name one of your weaknesses.
3. Why do you want to work here?
4. Do you work well in a team?
5. Do you have past experieces as a cashier or it's your first time?
6. Why should we hire you?
Then, they will ask you situational problems;
1. You find a lost child, what would you do?
2. It's a busy day and there is a long line in front of you, and the cash register breaks. What would you do?
3. You find people smoking in non-smoking areas, what would you do?
4. You find out that your coworkers are bringing food into the park (which isn't permitted), what would you do?
Finally, the interviewer will answer your questions if you have some.

It is a group interview with basic math test. They see how you work in a team, and how you can do customer service. You need to show that you are motivated to work there and most importantly smile.

Appliquer en ligne, demande une lettre de pourquoi voudrait on travailler a La ronde ensuite si sa leur plait il t'appelle généralement d'ici 1 mois, ensuite il y a une entrevue de groupes il te demande de te présent a une personne avec qui tu vas te mettre en équipe faire valoir la personne, parler l'anglais une bonne facon de se montre et se démarquer, sourire beaucoup, prochaine exercise des mises en situations, ensuite ils vont vous demander de prendre un produit sur la table et d'essayer de le vendre devant tout le monde
