Very enjoyable. Recruiter reached out and had a few great phone calls. Very flexible. Unfortunately they said they were no longer hiring which was a bum. Loved the culture. They were so friendly and authentic. Very conversational and the conversation flowed well.

Interview
The interview process was quick! I came to LaSalle as a candidate and met with Cas to discuss my criteria and what I was looking for in my next role. He approached me with the opportunity to work on the internal marketing team on a Friday. The following Thursday I met with Alex, the next day (Friday) I met with Heather, and the following week I came into the office for an in-person interview with Jess. It was about a week after I had a follow up call with Jess to clarify a few things and received an offer the following Monday.
