Thank you so much for your review. We appreciate the feedback and encourage all candidates to think about expectations, career goals, and how your skills can contribute to the position. When you review the position online, look at the requirements regarding skills, education, and experience. Many clients are open to someone with skills and a desire to learn even though you may not have the background or degree.
You must first apply through some job site, and then you will likely receive a phone screening. Then an in person interview (maybe zoom now a days) with the company that is asking for the contractor (not Labtopia - they do the phone screening and maybe I’m person interview).

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Labtopia in Jul 2018
Interview
I applied through the Labtopia website and quickly received an e-mail back about a few different job positions around my area. Since Labtopia is a staffing agency they set up an in-person interview to see if I would be suitable for one of their clients. However, after they sent my resume to their client, I was able to bypass the interview at Labtopia and interview directly with the company. Overall I had a very positive experience and Chuck Berry was very helpful. I would recommend their services to anyone searching for a job.
